This grappler had several bores needing rebuilt. In several of the following images, you can see the bore condition before machining, during the welding process to rebuild the bore, and the final product, including the new OEM bushing installed into the new bore.

This machine had significant wear in the joint connecting the boom to the stick, and needed a rebuild to restore original functionality. This picture is during the welding process, while rebuilding the bore. All of these repairs were completed on-site.

This is an upgraded kingpin puller that a customer commissioned, due to the previous one failing. The newly machined puller includes various upgrades to the design, ensuring an extremely long projected service life.
